Take a break this fall. Complete the form below and drop it off or send it to us no later than five days before your payment due date. Members are allowed to skip twice a year, allowing 3 payments in between each payment skipped. For new loans make 6 payments before your first skip.
UChoose Rewards are no more!
We regret to inform you that the UChoose Rewards Program will be no more! Effective December 31, 2011 Visa Debit Cards will not longer accrue any points. Please make sure you redeem any points available before this date. After December 31, 2011 points will no longer be available for redemption. You can log onto www.uchooserewards.com to redeem points. If you have a checking account, by now you have received a request from L.A. Healthcare FCU asking you if you want to “opt in” to Standard Overdraft Protection.
Standard Overdraft Protection is a convenience service provided by L.A. Healthcare FCU to protect you when you may inadvertently overdraw your account. If you don’t have sufficient funds in your account, you pay a standard overdraft fee per item and the item is immediately paid to the merchant. This saves you from the embarrassment and hassle of a retuned item. It also prevents you from being declined at places such as restaurants, doctor’s offices and gas stations – places you frequently do business when using your debit card – as well as online transactions.
As of August 15, 2010 a new federal law requires ATM and debit card users to opt in for this overdraft protection offers on ATM transactions and one-time debit card transactions, if you haven’t opted in yet and would like to do so, complete the form below and return it to the credit union.
